  • High Performance Computing Cluster (HPCC)
    • Update
      • Was largely successful, with 40 nodes added
      • Discussion of issues of communication and software
      • Use on the HPCC has been building
  • Secure Access and Storage of Center for Clinical & Translational Sciences (CCTS) Data
    • Update
      • Discussion of changes in the way data is retrieved from clinical data warehouse
      • Consideration of multiple proposals to face said changes
      • ACCC is working with the Institutional Review Board (IRB) to set up system for addressing requests for patient data
      • Discussion of how process would work, as well as security considerations
      • Discussion of CCTS data, issues related to the IRB, potential costs, and funding
    • Institutional Stewardship of Data (ISD) Report
      • The ISD compiled report will be sent forward and coordinated
      • Consideration that CCTS proposal is related to ISD
      • Some cost issues might be addressed through ISD
    • Discussion
      • Concerns over on-hold CCTS data, its effect on the ability to do research
      • Requests for more information on current state and future of CCTS

    • iThenticate
      • Waiting for Research Advisory Council (RAC) members to select a person in each college who will be creating iThenticate accounts for their faculty
  • Kuali Coeus
    • Moving along, with monthly updates recorded in the ITGC folder
      • Group has backed out of the Report of Non-University Activities (RNUA) for this year, but will be back on the agenda next year
    • Identity Access Management (IAM)
      • Moving along, project is continuing, though delayed
      • Instead of originally selected tool, group has now selected an open source tool
      • Basic functionality is up and running
      • Group is looking at process of proving accounts and password changes
    • Laserfiche
      • Laserfiche from Gordon Flesch has been selected
      • Group is currently working with publications to set the initial infrastructure
    • Campus Faculty Profiling Tool
      • CCTS had to renew their faculty profiling tool
      • CCTS working with committee to see if their tool can be used for the rest of campus
      • Questions voiced of integrating with the profiling tool
      • Discussion of how to address membership as listed in the bylaws
