      • This has been designed with processes and tools for departments to implement
      • Campus standard has been est. by the Vice Provost for Planning and Programs
      • Initial effort will be to get units on campus to comply

      • Discussion of preliminary steps and requirements for implementation
      • Consideration of potential problems with human resources, staffing, etc.
    • UISO Designation
      • A note on the selection of unit info. security offices for each unit will be sent out
      • Help is being sought in implementing the policy and recommending shared tools

      • On April 23rd at 10:45am
      • An executive summary will be modified for presentation
      • Will focus on areas of implementation that might cause concern
    • Dell Secure Works
      • Has tools that might help with security compliance

    • College of Applied Health Sciences will be putting this into place for many machines
      • Very secure, user-friendly, effective, and usable in multiple situations
      • CrashPlan will be on campus soon for a discussion with IT
